Look at the Results ...
The best way to see what UIToolX does is see some screen shots. These screen shots were taken from the same Visual Basic form, the before with UIToolX not enabled, the after with UIToolX enabled.
As you can see, this is the same Visual Basic form, but the after looks a lot better (unless of course you like "it came from the 90's" look). Even the Command Buttons and ComboBox are flat.
Also, note the spacing of "Sample Text". If you look closely, you can see that it is shifted to the right a bit (4 pixels to be exact). This is because the Margin property was set to 4 in the properties page.
